Business listings on Kontaktee are compiled using publicly available data from Companies House, the UK's official registrar of companies. This information is provided by Companies House under its terms for reuse of public sector information and is refreshed periodically, but may not reflect the current status of a company at any given moment.

We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any business information sourced from Companies House or provided by users through claim requests, registration forms, or the contact form. Company details, trading status, and contact information may change without our knowledge.

3. No warranty

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information, listings, or services on this site for any purpose. Any reliance you place on this information is at your own risk.

4. Claiming, registering, and submitting information

Users may submit information to Kontaktee via our claim listing process, business/professional registration forms, or contact form. By submitting information, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it (for example, that you are authorised to claim or register a business on its behalf).

We reserve the right to review, verify, edit, decline, or remove any submitted content or claim at our discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe it to be false, misleading, or in breach of these terms.

Submissions become publicly visible only after review and approval; we do not guarantee acceptance or any timescale for publication.

A "claimed" listing indicates that the account holder has demonstrated a connection to the business. It is not verification or endorsement of the business or its services by Kontaktee.

5. User accounts

Creating an account requires a valid email address, which must be verified.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used to submit false or misleading information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Extract, scrape, or harvest data from the site for use in a competing directory, mailing list, or commercial database;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business or personal information;

We will use reasonable endeavours to remove or update the listing within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. This does not affect our right to relist a business using updated publicly available data at a later date, where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including any dealings you have with a business or individual found through the site.
